A candlelit vigil and march were held over the weekend in honor of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The vigil took place on Saturday evening, followed by a march to the Santa Cruz County Court from the clock tower where flowers, candles, and posters were placed on the courthouse steps.
Several vigils in honor of the Supreme Court Justice took place that night across the state and the nation.
Ginsburg was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993.
She lived to be 83 years old and is survived by her daughter and son.
