An earthquake study conducted by San Francisco State University and the U.S. Geological Survey was released today. The study found fault pressure to be building in Northern California, which could result in earthquakes of 6.8 magnitude or greater. It was also concluded that Napa and Solano counties are ready for a significant quake that could damage nearby aqueducts and dams, which supply California with most of its water.
