Students from Rio Del Mar Elementary duck taped their principle to raise funds for the Second Harvest Food Bank today. Principle Deborah Dorney allowed students to cover her in tape for a dollar donation as part of a fundraising campaign titled Stick it to Hunger. In total, the event raised $950 and nine barrels of food for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
