A 55-year-old capitola man has been charged with selling pirated software. Michael Anthony Gomez is already on probation for selling illegal computer programs in 2010. he is again facing jail time, for allegedly using the online site craigslist to sell illegally pirated versions of Microsoft office, rosetta stone, and other copyrighted material.
