A Caltrans pavement rehabilitation construction project along State Route 1 from the Torre Canyon Bridge in Big Sur to just south of Carpenter Street in Carmel continues in the Big Sur area.
No overnight work or nighttime lane closures are planned from Sunday August 9 through Friday August 14.
Daytime roadwork to replace guardrails and concrete barriers will take place throughout next week from San Jose Creek, PM 71.8, to Torre Canyon, PM 39.7.
Daytime roadwork hours will be Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm. Motorists can expect delays not exceed 10-15 minutes.
