A man, who is a convicted felon of a violent crime, was arrested yesterday after he was seen with a loaded gun near a Monterey county school. Richard Garcia was out on parole when he was found to have a loaded, semi-automatic pistol near the south county school. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
