a state park ranger accused of attacking a woman in 2008 has been cleared by a civil court jury. eddie rhee-pizano was found to have not used unreasonable force when he approached and arrested a woman who was illegally walking his dog off-leash on seabright beach in 2008. the woman claimed that rhee-pizano grabbed at her purse, physically attacked her, and groped her after she resisted arrest. the charges against the woman were later dropped.
