(08:00) Brookedale – Cal Trans announced overnight closures are in effect for Highway 9 in Brookedale as crews start a slip out repair project. The closures will take place Sunday nights through early Friday mornings until November 13th. The highway will be closed between Western Avenue and Pike Road from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. Drivers can take a detour by using Bear Creek Road/Summit Road, Highway 17 and Mount Hermon Road.
