The Trump administration announced updated off shore drilling plans. Yesterday the administration announced a plan to promote off shore drilling in all U.S. waters. The program will also ease the permit process on the east coast, and much of California including off of the Big Sur coastline. There is also planned drilling off the Oregon coastline.
