(9:12) DAVENPORT- The identity of a man killed in an accident on Highway 1 north of Santa Cruz has been released. 59 year old Ivan Cornell suffered fatal injuries, last Wednesday, when the vehicle he was driving veered into oncoming traffic, north of Swanton Road, and collided with a semi truck. Cornell, described as transient from the Santa Cruz area died at the scene. The truck driver received minor injuries and was not cited. The collision is believed to be DUI related.
