(16:03) CAPITOLA- The Capitola Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person. 23 year old Michael Dominic Kean was last seen in Capitola by his mother on September 15th. Kean is 5 foot 8 inches tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He is known to frequent downtown Santa Cruz and East and Westside surf spots. Kean may be driving a brown 2001 Ford Explorer, license plate 4-k-s-t-6-2-9. Anyone with information is on Kean’s whereabouts is asked to contact authorities.
