A Salinas teen is expected to be charged as an adult after he and another man were arraigned yesterday on murder and attempted murder charges for a fatal shooting in Salinas. 15-year old Ricardo Villanueva and 19-year old Jesse Estrada Diaz both face charges in the October 1st killing of 20-year old Seaside resident Jaime Esteban Guerrero. Another 21-year old was shot and is currently hospitalized. If convicted, Villanueva and Diaz face 40-years to life in prison.
