(16:24) APTOS- The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Watsonville girl. 14-year-old Victoria “Tori” Brandenburg is considered an “at-risk” missing juvenile. The teen was last seen Friday morning in the Seascape neighborhood of Aptos. She was wearing a gray sweater and blue jeans. Anyone with information on the girl’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s office.
