In business news… apartment construction in Silicon Valley is on the rise in a big way.
The number of newly built apartments in the San Jose metro area is expected to increase by 283-percent from 1,579 units last year.. To over 6-thousand units this year… according to a report from “rent café.”
The report only included buildings with 50 or more units and doesn’t take into account smaller buildings, which the city has been pushing.
