A man who was previously listed on santa cruz county’s most wanted list was arrested monday in Oregon. 28-year-old Kenny joe ufford was wanted by capitola police for suspicion of grand theft. He was taken into custody by authorities in Washington county, Oregon for another violation. He is expected to be transferred to santa cruz county authorities (once the legal matter in Oregon is settled).
