A 23-year-old wanted man was arrested in Watsonville Sunday morning. Francisco Ortiz was listed on santa cruz county’s most wanted list, for outstanding warrants on charges of weapons possession and gang enhancements. Ortiz was taken into custody on the 4-hundred block of Winchester drive for the outstanding warrants, as well as narcotics-related charges, and probation violation. He was booked into santa cruz county jail.
