The bodies of two women recovered from the Moss Landing Harbor have been identified. The women, 35 year old Maria Vanessa Carrango, and 28 year old Esther Monique Espinoza, both of Salinas died after their vehicle flipped over and landed upside down in the harbor after running the stop sign at the end of Dolan Roan sometime late Friday or early Saturday. The accident remains under investigation.
