Andrew lee Jones will spend 26-years behind bars for a shootout with Monterey police in 2017.
Jones’ parents called police and reported that he was possibly armed, when officers arrived on scene, Jones was hiding and opened fire on officers. Police fired back and hit Jones in the shoulder… he apologized to police for firing at them and said he was having a bad day.
