(06:50) Monterey – The Monterey Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who caught on surveillance video stealing a donation jar. The incident took place yesterday around 10 a.m. at Branches Resale Shoppe, located at 480 Webster Street. A picture of the man can be seen on the Monterey Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
