Monterey Man Arrested in Large Meth Sale 10-27-20 14:21 DC

A Monterey man has been arrested on suspicion of selling methamphetamine.

The Monterey Police Department says it received information about large quantities of meth being transported and sold on the Monterey Peninsula and started an investigation.

Police say they identified 29-year-old Kristopher Crow as suspected of supplying the meth.

On Saturday, detectives said they found four pounds of crystal meth, heroin, powdered fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, evidence of identity theft and $30,000 in cash during a search in Carmel Valley.

Crow was arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail on possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and identity theft charges.
