Monterey County Deputies served a search warrant at Carmel High School on Friday. The warrant was the result of tips received by the Sheriff’s Operation Safe Schools program. Deputies accompanied by five drug sniffing dogs, focused on four students, three juveniles and 18 year old Andrew Tripps. Searches were also conducted at two Carmel Valley homes. At Andrew Tripps home A hash oil production lab was discover and the students father 47-year old Richard Stevens Tripps was booked into county jail.
