Monterey County Sheriff’s investigators have arrested 2 suspects in several commercial burglaries. 46 year old Hector Delgado-Amparo, and 28 year old Martha Hernandez were arrested after they were connected to the crimes through stolen lottery tickets. Both Delgado-Amparo and Hernandez were booked into Monterey County Jail on commercial burglary charges.
