KSBW reports that the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team responded Wednesday afternoon to an incident in Big Sur.
According to Sheriff’s Office officials, dispatchers received reports of four people with weapons in the area of Coast Road off Highway 1.
Law enforcement is out in the area, keeping the area clear and asking the public to stay away.
