Some first time home buyers, and low-income renters in Santa Cruz may be eligible for help covering their down-payments or rent. That’s because of a 1 million dollar grant from the California Department Of Housing And Community Development to Santa Cruz. The grant is part of the 16 Home Investment Partnerships Program.
