The Monterey County SPCA is offering a reward for information about a cat being thrown to its death from a car on Highway 101. The 1 thousand dollar reward is to anyone who can help identify suspects in the animal cruelty case.The incident took place on September 25th, at about 9:20 pm. driving on Highway 101 near Blackie Road, where a cat was thrown from a car and struck by traffic. The owner of the vehicle has been identified. Anyone with any information should call the SPCA at 831-373-2631.
