The Monterey County Elections Office is in need of poll workers. The office estimates it needs an additional 5 hundred poll workers to man 83 county polling sites. The Santa Cruz County Elections Office is also in need of 150 poll workers. To be a poll worker, you have to be at least 18-years old, a U.S. Citizen and a registered voter in California.
