A Misdemeanor Manslaughter charge has been filed against a man who’s car hit a pedestrian on Highway 9 in February. The February 21st accident took place just north of Graham Hill Road. 48 year-old Jeremy Paul Shreves was driving the Toyota 4-Runner, and Shreves could face up to a year in Santa Cruz County Jail if the Santa Cruz County District Attorney approves the charge AND he is found guilty.
