(12:08) SALINAS- A man wanted for the 2008 murder of his girlfriend in Marina has been extradited from Mexico. Victor Cabrera was arrested in Guadalajara in April after nearly 8 years on the run. He was returned to Monterey County to face murder charges last Thursday. Cabrera is accused of fatally strangling his girlfriend Rosni Singh for monetary gain. He is due back in court January 18th.
