(18:04) MARINA – A woman was arrested recently for shoplifting. Kayla Potter was recognized by Target employees in the Marina store…..because she had been caught shoplifting there several times. Potter faces 4 counts of burglary as well as violating her probation. In all, she appears to have taken about 2 thousand dollars worth of products. She was booked into Monterey county jail.
