(12:45) Santa Cruz – The victim in the vehicle versus pedestrian collision has been identified. 62 year-old Elizabeth Green, of Bonny Doon, was hit by 63 year-old Lorenzo Arteaga, of San Jose, while she was walking her dog along west cliff drive in Santa Cruz. The Santa Cruz Police Department reported that Green is still in critical condition. Arteaga was booked into county jail for felony hit and run with injury. Anyone who has information or who may have witnessed the collision is encouraged to contact SCPD at 831- 420-5820.
