(10:06) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Due to high levels of bacteria, 2 local beaches have been posted with warning signs. The ocean off of Capitola Beach west of the jetty, and Cowell Beach west of the Santa Cruz Wharf to over near the Dream Inn, is considered unsafe to swim in right now. The advisory signs will be left posted until the ocean is safe to swim in once again.
