(11:00) Felton – A man was arrested, after he was spotted prowling around a church in Felton Friday night. Kyle Baxter was seen outside the Presbyterian Church, on Hwy 9, with burglary tools, gloves and black handkerchief. Baxter was booked into County Jail.
