(9:56)SANTA CRUZ- The County of Santa Cruz, department of Public Works will begin a project Happy Valley Elementary School today (Mon). Crews will on Branciforte Drive, between Leon Lane and Pear Creek Lane, between the hours 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday, through Friday to install Radar Speed Feedback Signs and Flashing Beacon systems. Motorists should avoid these areas if possible or be prepared for delays of up to 15 minutes.
