(07:50) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter and local Yogurtland franchises have partnered up to offer the community the following specials for National Be Kind to Animals Week: A free 16 oz yogurt will be given out once a day for a week, to those who adopt a pet from any Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter. Twenty percent of proceeds from all three Santa Cruz County Yogurtland locations will be donated to the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter. During the entire month of May, local Yogurtland employees will also ask customers if they would like to donate $1 to the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter.
