(17:56) SANTA CRUZ- A man who was the subject of a recent 40 hour stand off in Salinas was arrested in Watsonville on Friday. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 30 year old Agustin Leon-Palomares at a relatives home after he failed to show up for a court date. It was the second time in a row that Palomares failed to appear for his Santa Cruz County arraignment. Hhe was booked into county jail and his bail raised to 450 thousand dollars.
