The man who lost control of his car on East Cliff Drive Saturday, is scheduled to make his first court appearance in a Santa Cruz County Court room tomorrow morning. 65 year-old Tarmo Hannula faces several charges in connection with the 6:30 p.m. accident. The 3 pedestrians involved suffered moderate injuries.
