Seaside Police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a man with an outstanding felony warrant. 29-year-old Luis Angel Ortega Morales is wanted for shooting at a residence while inhabited. Morales is 5’8’’, 180 pounds, and has a scar on the right side of his head. Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts are encouraged to contact the Seaside Police Department.
