A man who was arrested yesterday near the Capitola Mall, and who was taken to Dominican Hospital for a mental health evaluation, faces possible criminal charges. That after he pointed a fake gun at several people while driving northbound on Highway 1 yesterday afternoon…..and doing the same thing on 41st Avenue….and in one of the parking lots at the Capitola Mall.
