(06:45) Salinas – A man was arrested yesterday in Salinas, after he was caught with a loaded gun. 19 year-old Isaiah Hernandez was pulled over for running a stop sign. During a search of the vehicle, officers found a loaded gun. Hernandez was booked into the Monterey County Jail on various gun charges.
