A 27 year-old man was arrested after he was stopped BY SALINAS POLICE OFFICERS, while driving a stolen vehicle in Salinas TUESDAY night. The 11 p.m. arrest was made on the 400 block of California street. Carlos Lam was booked into Monterey County Jail for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, methamphetamine, and burglary tools.
