(08:35) Santa Cruz – A man has been arrested for the second time in a week, for commercial burglary. Officers responded to burglary at Computer Zone on the 300 block of Laurel Street early Wednesday morning. 29 year-old Troy Witzke was found hiding in the bushes. All of the stolen items were recovered and returned. Witzke was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
