a man was arrested monday after he was accused of following a 15 year old girl home and making inappropriate comments to her. the girl was walking near soquel and pacheco avenues just before 5:30 p.m. when 55 year old christopher heeter allegedly started following her on a bike. the girl told her parents, who in turn called the police. santa cruz police officers found heeter in the area shortly after the report was made. he was arrested on suspicion of child annoying.
