A man was arrested this morning in Watsonville. 20 year-old Edwin Sanchez Gutierrez is suspected of committing Felony Sex Crimes with a juvenile. He was 19 years-old when he told the teen (he was entering into a romantic relationship with) that he was 17 years-old. Gutierrez was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
