A “campfire” at a homeless encampment at Laguna Grande Park in Monterey county is now being investigated as “suspicious”. 3 people were burned there Friday, in what was initially thought to be an accident. A man and a woman suffered severe burns, while a 2nd man suffered only minor burns. All 3 lived at the homeless encampment.
