a hollister man accused of committing a shooting at hernandez labor camp in june has pleaded no contest to related charges. 65 year-old maximo hernandez is expected to receive felony probation for 3 to 5 years after the judge indicated that hernandez’s gun was discharged accidentally. he is scheduled to be sentenced on september 16th.
