(09:15) Salinas – Enough money has been raised to send the remains of woman, who was a victim of a hit run, back to her home town in Pennsylvania. 44-year-old Michele Lightcap was hit by a car a little over a week ago, while she was crossing the street on Blanco in Salinas. Lightcap had recently moved to the area. Family and friends and the Salinas community raised money to send her remains back home to Pennsylvania. A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
