(06:28) SEASIDE – Seaside police are seeking a man who went missing Friday night. 31-year-old James J. Brinkerhoff left his home on foot around 8:30 p.m. and did not return. He suffers from mental health issues that put him at-risk. Brinkerhoff is white, 6-foot-3, and around 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt, green jacket and gray pants. Anyone with information is to contact Seaside police. (S.G.)
