(14:28) WATSONVILLE- A Salinas man has been charged in the shooting death of a Watsonville transient. On Friday the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s office filed murder charges against 32 year old Luciano Acevedo for the June 12th fatal shooting of 27 year old Carlos Vasquez Martinez. Acevedo who is expected to be arraigned this week is facing over 80 years in prison if convicted.
