(06:52) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Seaside man was found guilty of his sixth DUI offense on Tuesday. Last March, 39-year-old James Guadreau was stopped near Vallejo Street and Luzern Place after being seen driving a vehicle that was smoking. Officers contacted Guadreau and found he was driving on a suspended license and exhibiting signs of intoxication. A breathalyzer test determined that his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Guadreau faces up to six years in prison when he is sentenced on September 2. (S.G.)
