(13:59) CARMEL VALLEY- Cal Fire is constructing a second Soberanes Fire command post. Currently fire fighting operations are being staged out of Toro Park. Fire officials are now working on a command post closer to fire fighting operations near the old Rancho Canada Golf Course off of Carmel Valley Road. The new incident command post is expected to be operational later this week.
